Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days if defective, damaged, or not as described. Products must be in original packaging and unused. Customized items are not eligible.

• Process: Contact support@kinglucy.com with your order number and issue. Follow the return instructions.

• Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
